1 General Terms & Conditions

24bdb (Site: https://24bdb.win) is an online Sports Betting and casino platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 24bdb and its users. By using any of 24bdb's services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, or any promotional offer — you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

This document was prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. 2 Account Register

A valid personal account is required to bet on 24bdb. During registration you must provide accurate and complete information — including your name, date of birth, email, phone number, and address. Registering with false information is a clear breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

3 Age & Eligibility

4 Deposits and Payments

24bdb accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be sent from your own account — third-party deposits are not accepted. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be voided and the account placed under investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method. 24bdb does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply a service charge.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• If a deposit does not arrive, please contact support with the transaction reference number.
• Currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in temporary account suspension.

5 Withdrawal Policy

A completed KYC verification is required before withdrawing from 24bdb. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. The full deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus-related winnings.

• Each bonus may only be used once per person.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are for betting use only.
• A second bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Fraudulent bonus claims will result in full account balance forfeiture.
• 24bdb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7 Betting Rules

Once placed on 24bdb, a bet is considered final — a valid accepted bet cannot be cancelled. However, 24bdb reserves the right to void bets in certain circumstances, such as when incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, an event is cancelled, or match manipulation is confirmed.

Live betting odds are determined based on real-time data. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during a live bet, 24bdb will settle the bet in accordance with its rules.

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time a bet is placed.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started.
• Official sports authority data is used to settle all results.
• Betting limits (minimum/maximum) may differ across individual markets.
• If one selection in a parlay bet is voided, that selection will be removed and the remaining bet will stand.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 24bdb platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action.

• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Misuse of the bonus system or fraudulent bonus claims.
• Exploiting multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security.
• Stealing or fraudulently accessing another user's account credentials.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

24bdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if a breach of these terms is established, fraud is suspected, or a regulatory authority so directs.

You may also request to close your account at any time through the support team. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no rule violations are found, that amount will be refunded.

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• Suspended accounts cannot be used to log in or place bets.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold while an investigation is ongoing.
• Banned users may not open a new account.

10 Responsible Gaming
